GIVVONS, ALEXANDER
(1913 - 2002), rugby player
Alexander Givvons was born on 2 November 1913 in Pillgwenlly, Newport, Monmouthshire, the eldest child of Alexander Givvons (b. 1888), a merchant seaman from St Thomas in the West Indies, and his wife Johanna Dunn (1896-1987). He had five siblings, including a half-brother
