DAVIES, GLYNNE GERALLT
(1916 - 1968), minister (Congl.) and poet

Roberts
, Gwilym Cowlyd, a work which was published by his widow under the title Gwilym Cowlyd 1828-1904 (1976). He married Freda Vaughan Davies, Maesneuadd, Pontrobert and they had a son and a daughter. He died at his home in Colwyn Bay, 13 June 1968, and was buried in Bron-y-nant cemetery, Colwyn Bay.

Hughes, Uwchlaw'r Ffynnon (1811 - 1892). At the age of 18 the family moved to Yr Orsedd Fawr, Llangybi; in 1872 he settled in Brynllaeth, Llŷn. He m, a daughter of Capt. John Hughes, Gellidara. He wrote many englynion and a few cywyddau; he won prizes at eisteddfodau held at Pwllheli, 1875, and Caernarvon, 1880 and 1894. His
