LLOYD-JONES, DAVID MARTYN (1899 - 1981), minister and theologian Martyn Lloyd-Jones was born in Cardiff, the second of three sons born to Henry Lloyd-Jones and Magdalene or 'Maggie' Lloyd-Jones (née Evans), on 20 December 1899.
