of Swansea. He matriculated from Jesus College, Oxford, 29 November 1672, and graduated B.A. 27 May 1676, but left without completing his degree by determination. He was the author of (1) A Pindaric Elegy on the famous Physician Dr. Willis, Oxon, 1675; (2) Imago Saeculi or the Image of the Age represented in four Characters, viz. the ambitious Statesman, insatiable Miser
